Congratulations on your pregnancy!
It is important to meet potential members of your birth team to find the right fit for you. This no-obligation interview is the perfect time to get to know one another and ask key questions specific to your pregnancy and birth desires!
Prenatal Visits
Prenatally, we will have two visits in the comfort of your own home to assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another, and provide you with useful tools for labor and birth. These meetings will include birth plan assistance to help you clarify your preferences for birth and help explain the options available to you.
Unlimited phone/text/email support throughout your pregnancy.
Labor Support
During labor I will provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support for you and your partner/support person(s) for the duration of labor/birth.
This includes suggestions for coping techniques and labor positioning, hands-on comfort measures, facilitating communication with medical staff and assisting to maintain birth plan/preferences.
Breastfeeding support immediately post birth.
Postpartum
One, in person, postpartum visit in the comfort of your home to discuss your birth story, give notes taken during your labor and bring printed photos taken at your birth. This is also a great time to discuss adding any resources you may need to flourish in your fourth trimester!
